I am a Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI), which is earned through passing the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) exam, along with maintaining the required continuing education credits. I am also a graduate of the American Home Inspection Training Institute (AHIT) Master Program and have been performing quality Inspections since 2002.

If a hard copy is preferred, an on-site report can be generated and printed at the completion of the Inspection. The Inspection will include a detailed report of: Site (grading and drainage), garage/carport, foundation, roofing, exterior, interior, plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, insulation and ventilation.
