All reports will have a cover page with a photo of the home, a copy of the inspection agreement, a page explaining terms and abbreviations used in the report, a receipt for payment, the report body including digital photos and a final summary page highlighting the most important issues. In addition the final 15 pages are remarks about each section loaded with general information about the different components of a home and a page of preventative maintenance tips.
