Home Inspections will
conduct a visual inspection of the house that will be in accordance with the
National Association of Home Inspectors (www.nahi.org ) Standards of Practice and Code
of Ethics. The inspection process typically takes about 3 hours to
complete. We strongly encourage you to accompany the inspector during the
inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar
with the systems of the home. At the conclusion of the inspection a hard
copy of the computer generated report will be available or a PDF file of
the report that can be emailed to you.

A Sun Nuclear model 1027 continuous radon monitor is used for testing. The monitor needs to be placed in the home for a minimum of 48 hours. We encourage you to schedule the test 2 days prior to the inspection in order to have the results available when the Home Inspections is complete.
