A complete understanding of your new home is the most important aspect of a Home Inspection. That's why at Lakeland Home Inspections
I am committed to provide a professional, detailed and timely
inspection. I encourage all home buyers to be present at the inspection
so you have a full understanding of the condition of the property.
During the inspection, a thorough computer generated report within the
National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)
guidelines, will identify potential problems, evaluate the homes
condition, advise on repairs and upgrades and most importantly gain
knowledge and piece of mind about the property.
My name is Steve Jones, Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI),
which is earned through passing the National Association of Home
Inspectors (NAHI) exam, along with maintaining the required continuing
education credits. I am also a graduate of the American Home Inspection
Training Institute (AHIT) Master Program, and have been performing quality Inspections since 2002.
Every home requires an Inspection. Any
home that is being purchased and/or sold should be inspected,
regardless of its age. Even new homes may have structural and mechanical
problems that can be revealed by a professional home inspection.

digital photos, and emailed to you as a PDF file by the end of the day.
If a hard copy is preferred, an on-site report can be generated and
printed at the completion of the Inspection. The Inspection will
include a detailed report of: Site (grading and drainage),
garage/carport, foundation, roofing, exterior, interior, plumbing,
heating, cooling, electrical, insulation and ventilation.
