Radon testing:

Radon is a cancer-causing natural radioactive gas that you can’t see, smell or taste.  Its presence in your home can pose a danger to your family's health.  Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers.  Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in America and claims about 20,000 lives annually.  Test Your Home for Radon - It's Easy and Inexpensive.  Fix your home if you have a radon level of 4 pCi/L or more.

We can provide a Two Charcoal Canister Test that is conducted according to EPA guidelines.  The test requires the canisters to be placed in the home for a minimum of 48 hours.  We encourage you to schedule the test 2-4 days prior to the inspection in order to have the results available when the Home Inspection is complete.
