Home Inspections will
conduct a visual inspection of the house that will be in accordance with the
National Association of Home Inspectors (www.nahi.org ) Standards of Practice and Code
of Ethics. The inspection process typically takes about 3 hours to
complete. We strongly encourage you to accompany the inspector during the
inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar
with the systems of the home. At the conclusion of the inspection a hard
copy of the computer generated report will be available or a PDF file of
the report that can be emailed to you.

This
type of inspection is the same as a buyer inspection except it is for the
seller. They are very useful it gaining knowledge of the homes condition
in order to prepare the home to put on the market. This will assure the
home is in top condition and move the transaction along quickly.

health. Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer among
non-smokers. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in America
and claims about 20,000 lives annually. Test Your Home for Radon -
It's Easy and Inexpensive. Fix your home if you have a radon level of 4
pCi/L or more.
We
can provide a Two Charcoal Canister Test that is conducted according to EPA
guidelines. The test requires the canisters to be placed in the home for
a minimum of 48 hours. We encourage you to schedule the test 2-4 days
prior to the inspection in order to have the results available when the Home
Inspection is complete.
